Johnny Clippers Seed has two seed cleaning machines.  One large capacity seed cleaner used exclusively for triticale and a smaller seed cleaner used for any other locally grown grain such as rye, oats, peas, millet, milo, buckwheat, chickpeas, vetch, etc.  A large selection of screens on hand to clean specialty crops as well.  We also have a high capacity debearder which can remove white caps from cereals before entering the cleaner.  6 Cone hopper bins with 16,000 bushels of clean seed storage and 7,000 bushels of “dirty” seed that can directly enter the cleaner. Our 2 dirty bins and numerous clean bins allow us to service multiple customers at the same time.  Fully equipped with pallet scales and toting machine allow us to put products in bulk bags if so desired.  Equipped to load dry vans, flatbeds or bulk load out.  Extremally fast bulk loadout with high capacity conveyors. 15min for 60k lbs.
